Pharma Industry Finland (PIF) greets new Director of Pharmaceuticals Pricing Board:
Pharma Industry Finland congratulates the new Director of Pharmaceuticals Pricing Board for the new position, wishing him the best of success in his work.
“I hope that under its new Director, PPB will continue to collaborate with its stakeholders in the spirit of open interaction”, General Manager Suvi-Anne Siimes of Pharma Industry Finland PIF comments on the appointment news.
“PIF finds it important that the PPB develop their operations according to the European guidelines. In the framework of the Pharmaceutical Forum promoted by the European Commission, Finland stood side by side with the other EU Member States, undertaking to develop the health benefit and pharmaceutical cost analyses. The objective of this development work is to make the new beneficial pharmaceuticals available to the patients with minimum delay and at reasonable cost”, General Manager Siimes adds.
