PIF Committees and expert networks
In addition to the General Assembly and Board, the PIF internal operations include three regular forms of operation: the Policy Committees, Operative Committees and the somewhat less formal expert networks.
The PIF Board sets the membership criteria of the Committees. The Committees have their own rules and a plan of action adopted by the Board for each year.
With a looser structure, the expert networks are more informal forms of cooperation built around particular issues and subject entities.
Policy Committees
The Policy Committees are the instruments for the planning and elaboration of PIF's future operations and long-term outlines.
Operative Committees
The Operative Committees constitute the tools for PIF's daily work for the supervision of the industry's interests.
